Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mangoes are fresh, perishable fruits. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to protect freshness while handling genuine damage cases fairly.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is generally not allowed once the order is confirmed, because mangoes are harvested, sorted, packed, or reserved specifically for the customer. Please review your cart, address, and phone number carefully before payment.

Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns are not accepted because mangoes are fresh and perishable fruits. Once delivered, the product cannot be returned or resold for quality and hygiene reasons.

Refunds for Damaged Fruits

Refunds are not encouraged for minor natural marks, size variation, color variation, or ripening differences. A refund or suitable resolution may be considered only if the buyer receives completely damaged fruits and provides valid proof.

Proof Required

To raise a damage complaint, email clear photos or videos of the damaged fruits, package condition, order number, and registered phone number immediately after delivery, preferably on the same day. Delayed complaints may not be accepted because fresh fruit condition changes quickly after delivery.

Resolution

After reviewing the proof, Lalitha Farms may offer a partial refund, replacement, store credit, or another fair resolution depending on the condition and availability. If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method and may take 5-7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and bank.
