Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over India, subject to courier serviceability, seasonal availability, and practical delivery conditions for fresh fruit.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Mangoes may be harvested, sorted, and packed after the order is placed to preserve freshness. We usually aim to pack and dispatch ripe-stock orders within 1-3 working days, depending on harvest readiness and weather.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by location, courier availability, weather, harvest schedule, and logistics conditions. Any timeline shown or communicated is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping Charges
Product pricing may include farm packing and delivery support. If any separate shipping charge applies in the future, it will be shown before payment.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, pincode, and phone number. Lalitha Farms is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.
Fresh Fruit Handling
Mangoes are natural and perishable. Please inspect the package immediately after delivery and store the fruits as advised. Any complaint for completely damaged fruits must be raised immediately after delivery with valid proof.
